The place looked great on paper. They failed to mention no storage for clothes any where, no bureaus, no closets, no shelves. The half bath has no shade or curtain or storage. Great porch with a very dead plant hanging. The gas grill worked well but was very greasy. Screen door was probably original but slammed shut, didn’t close all the way and screen not attached. It is near everything and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The keyless entry didn’t work sometimes. The reply was the batteries were probably going, but didn’t offer any other help. First time responding to us was prompt, the second time took almost 24 hours.

This property at 6 Morris Ave was an absolute gem for our stay in Laconia! Beautifully renovated and decorated, everything was spotless and felt very safe. Parking was easy with plenty of room for two vehicles, which made coming and going a breeze.The location couldn't be better — just a short distance from all the Weirs restaurants, arcades, and water activities, from swimming to boat rentals. There's so much to do right nearby.This visit meant more to me than a typical vacation. I hadn't been back to this area in over 30 years — this was my childhood home. Bringing my grandchildren here to show them where I grew up, and hopefully passing that love for this special place on to them, was a dream come true. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to create these memories together. We can only hope they'll want to share it with their own kids someday.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located home base to explore the Lakes Region

Our stay at Weirs Beach could not have been better. The location was perfect for our family of four - the neighborhood was quiet (great for getting tired kids to bed on time), but the walkability to Weirs Beach and other activities along the pier/boardwalk was great for daytime fun. The access to the private beach in the neighborhood was nice to have for quick swims - the residents in the area were welcoming & friendly. The house was super clean upon arrival and we felt at home right away. The location is also an easy 15-20 minute drive to other fun activities/greater variety of restaurants in the area. We can't wait to come back!
